Fitbit Versa will not hold battery

I have had my Fitbit Versa for a little over a year. I am using it with an iPhone 11 and most current iOS/Fitbit software updates. It will no longer hold a charge for more than 24 hours. I have looked in this community for tips to maintain battery life and have implemented them all: factory reset, turning off almost all notifications (only kept calls/texts), turned off all day sync, turned off move reminders, have a very simple/non-animated watch face, and the device is still not charging. I’ve also cleaned the charging dock and adjusted the screen so that it isn’t too bright and it does not turn on unless I press a button. I am disappointed and would like some assistance.
