Fitbit Versa will not pair

This morning I noticed my Versa was no longer paired with my iPhone 11. I tried a factory reset per Customer Support but no matter what we tried, the device will not connect to my Bluetooth. At this point it’s useless because it’s stuck at the very beginning of a factory reset and can’t go any further. Customer Support said that the only option is to receive a discount on another device. I’ve heard that many times already.
In full disclosure, I also had an old Charge 2 on my Fitbit account that I used as a back up (it has no display but will track and sync when the Versa was acting up). They had me remove that device as well but I can’t set that up again because there’s no display on the device.
Im looking for suggestions that do not involve a new purchase!!
Any helpful ideas on how to get the Versa to be recognized OR how to set up the Charge again without using a display??

Hi @Spinchick58 - quite often pairing problems can be the phone.

Remove/unpair the watch from the phone's Bluetooth, if present.

Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe of the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone and watch again.

Then login, click profile photo and "+Set up a Device" and replace. If that doesn't get a connection follow What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?

If your watch has a fault it may no longer have Bluetooth and this should help isolate the issue.

Soooo after many tries and a lot of time, the Versa finally connected to my Bluetooth but now it doesn’t count steps or pick up heart rate. This all seemed to occur after the app was updated a couple of days ago and then a firmware date was completed after I added the device back to the app. It’s so frustrating and annoying. I will NOT call Customer Support again. They will just send me a discount code for a new device. I would say I’m done with Fitbit.
