My Versa used to receive Snapchat notifications all the time no issue. Since my Galaxy S9 updated to a newer Android 9, I no longer get notifications from Snapchat. I still receive calendar, texts, calls, email, and messenger notifications. I have reset my Fitbit, my phone, and checked the app permissions and Fitbit notification settings. Anyone else having this issue?

@WSmurphy welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving Snapchat notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it receives notifications from Snapchat properly.

I tried all these steps and it's still an issue. All other notifications work except Snapchat. Any other ideas come to mind? I've tried almost everything.
