Fitbit Versa will not set up

I have been trying for three days to set my new Versa up with no luck at all. It goes through all the steps and even says it’s downloading but then goes back to the start up screen. It also says it’s connected to my WiFi. I have turned Bluetooth off and back on, my phone off and back on, restarted my Versa and nothing has worked. Help!?

The same thing has happened with mine! I am on my third versa now because of defectiveness. It would not sync so I deleted it and tried to re set it up(also trying everything you have) and it will not work! So frustrating!

Hi @brambl7  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
