So this use to work well, until recently I'm not receiving calls, Whatsapp , insta , sms etc etc . I uninstalled and re installed the app. It worked for 5min but after that it shows an error msg on top saying re start your phone , I re started that as well several times but it still says the same. I re started the Fitbit itself as well. The error msg still shows up. Any leads on this ??

Hi @Rohit_24 Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List. That doesnt mean it wont work, but it does mean that if something upsets the connection and it stops working (usually beacause of an update to phone or tracker) then no one will be working towards getting it going again. All you can do is go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting Notifications.

Yeah, it use to work perfectly so far... Its probably after an update this has stopped connecting .... Either OnePlus needs to fix this or FitBit needs to fix this .... I have tried every other option.... Just doesn't hook on. So I'm guessing it's definitely the update
