Fitbit Versa will not wake up

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

It doesn’t vibrate when I put it on the charger. The app shows the battery fully charged which means that my wife’s phone sees the watch.
