Fitbit Versa won't connect with OnePlus6

I am having trouble connecting my Fitbit Versa with my OnePlus6 since I bought both at the same time , eventually I left trying to sync it and kept my Versa aside except to charge ,can anybody help me set it up.

I would like to know if you receive any error message when trying to set up your watch.

You can try:

 

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 

3) Restart your OnePlus device

 

 

It helped on my previous OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T.
