My brand new (factory replacement) versa is not counting any stairs.
I've had this for about 2 weeks now, every feature works but over the last week I've done 0..0 stairs.
I'd there a way to resolve this? I've already gone through the hassle of returning a non-functional Fitbit that took a month now to get a Fitbit that's not accurately working.
It's quite frustrating to deal with an abundance of issues with any Fitbit I've owned

I've had the same trouble since the system update I did 5 days ago. No stairs. I live in a house with stairs...
So frustrating as this Versa 2 was a replacement for an older fitbit that stopped working properly after a system update.

It's looking like this is another flub by Fitbit that will go vastly ignored, ie they have no idea how to remedy this situation 🙄
My advice at this point is just remove the stairs from your Fitbit home page and pretend it doesn't exist because tech support won't be able to fix it
