My Fitbit Versa won't connect to my Samsung s10e and hasn't been able to since about march 2019. it is now October 2019. Why is this still an issue? it has the latest update the phone can have. The Fitbit screen constantly just says 'Unlock with phone'

Hello @Lhope the unlock with phone is an error from putting in the unlock pin wrong to many times.
Let's follow the instructions to reset the pin, then once the pin is reset let's change the pin to only be needed for fitbit pay. Now if you do not use fitbit pay, then there is no reason to have a pin lock.
