My Fitbit Versa started to loose battery life last week, to the extent where I need to charge it twice a day. Yesterday the watch died an I can't git it back on. It won't turn on.  Can someone PLEASE help me??

Hi!

Same thing happened to mine mid October.

Nothing I did worked.

Go straight to support.. They were really helpful, ran a couple tests with me but couldn’t fix it. They sent me a replacement.

I received it today.. unfortunately seems to also not be working so I’ll call them again tomorrow 😕
