I can't fix the time, it died and when I charged it it came back on with wrong time. I was also never able to get text messages on it. I could get phone calls and messenger on it but not text, now for the last week I haven't gotten anything besides heart rate and steps. Thank you.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page. Finally, sync your watch and see if the issues get fixed.
