Fitbit Versa won't set up

No matter what i do it wont set up and it wont sync to my phone. please help of what i should do.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit won't set up or sync to your phone. I am here to help. If you're unable to set up your device, I recommend following our troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
