So I got my Fitbit in the mail today, everything seems to be working fine, I have a fairly new Oppo A3S which I believe is compatible. As far as I'm aware I'm doing everything right. So I go to the setup menu, agree to terms, click the next button a few times until I get to the Bluetooth screen I run into the same problem, it finds my device, the pairing code shows up on the Fitbit and then the setup crashes and I end up back on the main Fitbit menu. I've tried about 20 times, I've waiting for it to be fully charged, played around with Bluetooth, wifi and location, reset both devices, uninstalled the app and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong???

I'm not sure it is compatible - it isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
However, I found the following thread where someone had got it working ok (at least for a while). There are some suggestions from a moderator in there that may be worth trying:
