I have had this trouble for a couple of months and it is very annoying. I would like some help ASAP. So I can get back on track. Thx to anyone who comments and helps

Re-boot your watch, if that doesn't work do a Factory Reset (FS)
An FS usually fixes most problems especially if you haven't done one since the initial set up when you got the watch.
