Hello! Can I get help here, my girlfriend's present for xmas fitbit won't sync with here Huawei p 20 lite phone, i've tried everything, factory reset, reinstalling everything, it would sync first time after factory reset and then can't sync again. It happened since February, i just didn't know about it.

That phone has some issues with fitbit. Have a look at this help file which suggests some setting changes:
