Tracker not found. Why after 3 years.

@Crafyani without having any info on your phone, I suggest looking at the sync tips, and Android tips.

Clear the cache of the Fitbit app. Stop the Fitbit app. Restart, or better shutdown the phone.

Restart the tracker, better to shutdown the tracker.
