Fitbit Versa won't sync

My Fitbit doesn't sync with my phone. I have to factory reset every time in order to sync with my device. 

Whenever that happens it automatically disconnects from my iPhone. I contacted Fitbit, they just told me to follow troubleshoot which I am done at least 4 times and it's not working and they are not taking any further action. Need help what to do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

i have done everything and contacted fit bit many times and i got no solution. I am probably going to return the product by the end of this week. i had alot of hope for this watch and I am very disappointed

i have done everything and contacted fit bit many times and i got no solution. I am probably going to return the product by the end of this week. i had alot of hope for this watch and I am very disappointed
