I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned bluetooth on and off, turned the Versa on and off 10 times, and now I've done a factory reset and am going to try to reboot when I get home to WiFi.....if this doesn't work I'm taking it back and am not sure I want a new one.....thoroughly pissed!!
Best AnswerMine will not sync either. I put it on the charger last night when I took a shower and it actually synced while I was in there for the first time all day but other than that random time will not sync at all an even though I have the continuous sync option activated . Keeps saying I have bluetooth issues but I don't. It stopped syncing yesterday afternoon out of nowhere and last night's sleep has not been recognized at all .This is very frustrating as I greatly use my device.
Best AnswerSince yesterday I put my Fitbit on the charger about 3 or 4 times. And each time it's synced. I agree. This is a temporary solution. So glad something works even if it's kind of a pain in the butt. Put it on the charger and leave it for a few minutes or so! 🙂
Best AnswerAny luck for either of you? I just spent the last hour on chat with Fitbit and they couldn't figure it out either. I've tried everything. They want me to send it in and they'll replace it but I really don't want to be without a Fitbit for awhile. And mine was bought off QVC (as a gift) so it would be a pain to try to return to them too. Was hoping it would resolve itself. Wierd that all of us encountered the same problem on the same day. I was expecting her to say "we're aware of the problem and working on it on our end" but that wasn't the case 😞
Best AnswerI hope the same thing but nobody listen to us, a lot of people have many problems at first sync problems but there isn't an update that resolved these problems and I don't know if we'll ever see it!
Still not syncing and no longer working when on the charger either . In the past couple days it had synced a few times on the charger and now nothing.

Best Answermy Versa has lots of trouble syncing also. I can get it to sync by restarting bluetooth and sometimes I have to restart my phone too. This is same phone and fitbit app that worked well with previous fitbits (Charge and Flex) so something definitely wrong with the hardware or software for the versa..
