Two workweek hustles not matching steps

I am in two parallel Workweek Hustles and they have drastically different totals. One is correctly reflecting my three day total around 32K steps while the other is roughly half of that amount. The one that is not accurate was originated on the west coast while I am on the east coast but the difference should not be that drastic. My wife is in the same (latter) challenge and her totals are accurate. Any help would be appreciated.

@Redman514 Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear about your challenges not showing your steps. If there is a timezone difference then some steps may not show depending on when it started and when did you do these steps. Timezone differences does affect your step count for a challenge. Additionally manually logged activities won't count towards challenges. Please check at what time did you do your steps and compare if your wife did hers at the same time or a different time (maybe she did them at a later time and got counted toward the challenge). This would explain why you don't see them but she does. You can read more about challenges here.

I have the same issue with my steps not updating the challenges correctly.  I had approximately 6600 steps yesterday and on the weekend challenge it is only registering 3260.

My steps were not manually added. Also, I assume time zone discrepancies would be evidenced in either the very early morning hours or late evening hours (Can you verify this assumption please?). Neither of these would be significant steps windows for me. The difference for two challenges from last week was almost 14,000 steps. I am in two challenges again this week, again one west coast and one east coast, and the difference is already over 1,000 steps.   

 

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

My steps are over 1200 difference between my Versa and the App for the challenges too
