My Fitbit died. So I plugged it in to charge it and once it was fully charged I noticed that it did not sync and the time is off as well. I tried uninstalling the app on my Android and reinstalling, and even deleting the device from the app and resetting it up. I have also tried syncing it from another device,my iPad. To no luck, it will not sync or set up. I'm at a loss for what to do. My only option it seems is to factory reset my Fitbit. Am I missing something? Or do I need to reset and lose all my data?
