Fitbit Versa won't take a charge

@aje1 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
