Fitbit Versa won't turn on

Last night I noticed that my touch screen was slowly not working any more. I reset it multiple times and nothing happened. Then later on I looked down and it was completely dead. Nothing would turn it on. So I charged it all night. Just picked it up again and nothing will turn it on. I have tried all of the resets I have seen on this forum.

@Maddytaylor Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to help you with your Versa since it has stopped turning on even though you've restarted your tracker before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Once you've done the other troubleshooting steps, check out if your Versa comes back to life.
