Fitbit Versa won’t turn on

My Fitbit versa kept shutting itself down yesterday, need the two button restart to turn back on.  Today it won’t turn on at all, I’ve tried holding the buttons down for minutes and still nothing!

Hi, try a Factory Reset. Click the link and you will find all the needed information about the FR and setting it up again with your Phone. If even a FR does not work, contact Customer Support and mention that you tried to restart it and even a FR.
