My versa Is registering my steps in my calories, but it’s not registering my heartbeat. Tries a hard reset. Still not registering. Battery is at 45%. Any suggestions?

@AwVersa18 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with the heart rate issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing.

 

Please let me know how did you try the hard reset. Did you reset it as it's listed in this help article?

 

As a side note, please make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight.
