I’ve had my Versa for about a week or two now and Yesterday I noticed it didn’t have any battery left so I charged it. This morning it was working fine then I tried to pay for something and the card was loading so I payed with my actual card instead then an hour later it just completely turned off and the watch won’t turn on at all and on the Fitbit app it says there’s no device to be found?? Can anyone help?

Let me help you with your Versa not turning on. Lets discard this being a battery issue so try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
