Fitbit Versa won't turn on

My Fitbit Versa stopped turning on last night. I left it on a charger for an hour thinking it would turn on, but it would not. I followed the steps to reset it (held down left button first for 10 seconds, then 30, then 1 minute. Repeated a couple times.) And I also followed steps to do a factory reset (held down all buttons for 40 seconds, then 1 minute, then 3 minutes. Repeated as well). No lights or vibrations.

Since that didnt work I tried a family members charger for another hour. That also did not work. That family member has no problem using either charger in any outlet in our house so it is not a charger problem. Just in case, I left it overnight thinking it might have been very dead (despite remembering it had at least 30% battery life last time I saw it on).

This morning I repeated the reset and factory reset and nothing happened. I'm not sure what else I can do to turn it back on. Has any one had a similar situation and was able to get it working again?

@Bonzilla welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you've restarted it and charged it for several hours.

I'd like you try cleaning the contacts of your Versa with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol in order to remove any dust or moisture that may affect the charging process. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
