About a week ago, my Versa was experiencing some problems in which the main home button was not working. I could not press it to get out of the exercise app and waited hours to see what would happen. After waiting, I decided to reset the Versa by holding the left power button and the bottom right button. It turned back on which was a relief for a day. But after a day, it completely just shut off and won't turn on. Whatever I try does not power it back on. When I hold the same two buttons, my Versa turns on, shows the Fitbit logo for a minute, then shuts back down. Could anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Thank you!
Everyone I have been talking to says to call customer service. All have told me that if it can't be fixed fit bit usually will just send out a brand new one. I would suggest calling customer service for technical support. I''m going to do that today. 1 (877) 623-4997
