Last update ruined my fitbit and a refurbished one fitbit sent because mine was still under warranty, but it's not working either and fitbit won't do anything about it thought this was a good company,but they have been giving me the run around for over a month,shame on this company!

@Chloe121, I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Fitbit Versa is still unable to turn on, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will follow up and assist you via email soon. Please keep an eye on your email account.
