Triangle warning sign with an exclamation

My versa started switching on and off automatically by itself a few days ago. I tried rebooting it a couple of times and it seemed to be working fine after that. Then 3 days ago it switched on and off by itself again and then off - i tried rebooting it again numerous times but it didn't work - it showed a triangle warning sign with an exclamation mark and i haven't been able to switch it on ever since (3 days ago). It's not even 1 year old i'm REALLY irritated as i use my Fit bit Versa everyday. Does anyone know what the solution is? And WHY it did this in the first place? Thank you!
