Hi all,
I got my Versa in July 2018 and it worked perfectly until a few months ago. I started having issues with bad heart rate readings, and now I am having issues with battery life. I need to charge the watch a few times a day and it often dies on me while I’m sleeping. I have also experienced a couple of times my watch not turning on or seeming to connect when placed in the charger. I have tried all of the restart options I’ve seen in the forum but this time nothing is working. Is it just dead or is there hope of reviving it?

@KaraEJ999, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it experienced battery draining issues and now it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for the reply.
No luck. I ran through the steps in the link to no avail. The watch does not vibrate when placed in the charger.
