I’ve done all the trouble shooting and still can not get my phone to sync , just all of a sudden stop working.

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so I can avoid providing the same information.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Thank you so much for your help, this morning I tried again both versa and android was full battery it searched and did finally sync together, found my wifi added it got everything added back to my versa seemed to look like was working great , UNTIL left for work ...now I'm on my mobile wifi and I'm not sure what my versa needs to do to keep the settings as wifi so will continue to update when I'm not home ...I've been a fitbit user for over 5 years this has never happened before when I'm away it still would follow and continue to sync , any suggestions?
