Fitbit Versa won't turn on

 my versa well not turn on all I see is the triangle up. With a grayish background it will not show anything else and there are no lights light up on the back my phone syncs and I can get general information from it sometimes sometimes I have to turn everything off to get Fitbit to sync become more and more of a problem and now I just can't get the watch that self to turn on help
