I got a Fitbit Versa from a friend but it wasn't working right (couldn't connect with any phone/Fitbit app, gave a wrong date/time...) After searching all tricks for the problem and nothing helped, someone recommended doing a factory reset. We did this, but the Fitbit never turned on again. We tried all the tricks we found online and even Fitbit support couldn't help us. Did somebody have the same problem and what can we do to fix it? (Our friend used it just find and never had any problems and since yesterday it didn't work anymore and just 'died' after the factory reset)
