Fitbit Versa wont charge

Hi there,

 

I am devastated!! My Fitbit stopped working. It doesn't seem to charge at all. I have cleaned it as per the instructions and have now bought a new charge and still nothing... doni need to get the internal battery changed?

Battery is non consumable. You cannot change it. Hopefully your Versa is still in warranty & support can help you get it replaced.  You say you replaced the charge cradle. Did you too try another charger?
