Fitbit Versa

I was having trouble getting my Fitbit Versa to sync to my iPhone, followed everything to get it to sync but nothing worked so I did a factory reset and now it says Data not cleared sync & try again. How can I do that if it wouldn’t sync to begin with.

@Sewswt This error message means the factory reset has not been completed. have you tried reboot (press and hold left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears)? If this does not help, please try pressing and holding the left button for 30-60 seconds.
