My Fitbit won't do anything. I get a black screen or a screen with a red X in a circle stating "Data not cleared Sync & try again. I have tried all of the suggestions people have given in forums that I have read but nothing seems to work. I have a Versa Lite that is only 6 months old. Please help.

Mine won’t sync!! I’ve done everything they want you to do. Worked fine until late last night.
