Fitbit Won't Sync

My Versa 2 won't sync with Windows 10. WTF, you can't make it work for a regular user and you want to charge a premium for stuff like SPO2?? Who are you kidding? I've been through a Alta HR, Surge, Charge 2, Charge 3, Charge 4 and now a Versa 2. Always have sync issues with Windows. Your developers and server maintainers are not doing their job!

I have just been informed by @Giampi71 and @LZeeW  that fitbit versa 2 and the charge 4 are not compatible with Windows 10 computers, see thread;

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Charge-4-Won-t-Sync-Windows-10/m-p/4259850#M7005

Based on this you should avoid these fitbit devices if you expect to use them with Windows 10 computers. Reading the fitbit application description in the Microsoft store is misleading in that it implies that the fitbit application is compatible with all fitbit trackers, quote from the Microsoft store;

"SYNC WIRELESSLY: Fitbit trackers sync your stats to computers and 200+ leading devices so you can continuously track your progress without needing to plug in"

The application description in the Microsoft store for windows 10 needs to be updated to state specifically which devices this application will and won't work with!

Now for detail.

- reboot PC

- reboot Versa 2

- shut off bluetooth

- turn bluetooth back on

- start fitbit application on PC

- click on versa icon

- click sync

- bluetooth asks if it can pair

- say YES

- sync starts

- sync eventually stops and nothing updates

Now what have I missed or does this need to be done multiple times? What kind of products are you selling. Your support is useless. I thought about your premium option, but why would I, you can't even make the base products work!

I guess syncing should be counted as exercise since I spend so much time resetting, rebooting and jumping through hoops to get this versa 2 to sync to a windows 10 laptop.

WOW, this looks exactly like the problem I see with my Charge 4! This really needs to escalated to someone that cares. From all the sync problems with Windows PC's I see on these boards across just about all fitbit devices for years you'd think this would be fixed by now. I guess no one at fitbit cares about people who use the devices with Windows PC's
