Versa keeps restarting by itself

So for the last 2 or 3 weeks my versa restarts about every 10 minutes. I did a factory reset on it and changed the clock face to the layers one. Also when I try to touch the screen when it is already alight the screen will go dark when I get close to touching it. Not sure what else to do. I have only had it since January.

In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thank you for responding. I did a factory reset on the settings on my
watch. I tried what you suggested and it did not work. I can not even swipe
to the side to access the watches menu nor can I swipe up or down. Right
now it's just a normal digital watch. I can't even tap the screen to change
the heart rate/steps/calories selection. I try to tap screen and it turns
black. It's getting extremely frustrating when I have only had my watch
since January.
