Fitbit and starva problem

Both Fitbit app and strava shows that they are connected to each other , but activities aren’t showing on my strava app on my watch for the past 2weeks , any ideas thanks

Hello @Lynettepritch your Strava app is simply a simple dashboard for Strava, like the Fitbit app you need to log into your account.

• Open the Fitbit app, as the message instructs 
• Go to your Versa 2 settings 
• Tap on app
• Find Strava and tap on settings
• Log into your Strava account
• Sync the tracker

What does having the two accounts connected have to do with the fitbit app on the watch? Nothing.
