What’s up with the app? All I get is a white screen...

If you're still getting the white screen, please try the steps below:
If the steps above don't work, please let me know if you're getting any error message when accessing to the Fitbit app. Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date, you can find that information here for Android and here for iOS.

Can’t log out as it is completely white and I cant see where the log out button is.
i have a new Sense and only wore it one day and this happened .

I can't log out of the app as all I see is the FitBit at the top and a totally white screen. I've turned my phone off several times and have logged into my account on the computer to enter activities. Also changed the battery in my Fitbit device. Should I delete the app?
