Please know Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 or higher, Android OS 7.0 or higher, and Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher. Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.

I took the plunge and got it yesterday and set it up. Got lots of notifications through to say message on Facebook and what's app message etc and then now the apps telling me notifications aren't going and to restart the phone done that and doesnt work.. How can it work one minute and not the next..

Hi there @Morris1985, thanks for getting back. I'm sorry to hear your Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications, I understand where your concern is coming from.
If you're exactly getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you're not getting that error message, but having issues with your notifications, make sure you've followed these steps: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I got notification for a few hours today and now it's not sync in 4 hours.. Is there some problems still? Rather disappointed as I came back to fitbit because I used to love it
