Fitbit app will not sync. No data today. In the past i have had issues ever since the format changet

• Fitbit app has declined significantly since the change in the app. I have been loyal to Fitbit for years but extremely disappointed. Do not care for the new app. Today I have no data and it will not sync. I read numerous posts with same issue and Fitbit does not respond. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone.

I agree, the new app functions very poorly. I have an original Versa, which has been very reliable. After the app update I can no longer set goals, and it doesn’t change days automatically and frequently does not update. The old app was fine and now FitBit/Google has ruined it.
