Versa acting strange

Versa recorded my sleep from 10:00 pm-11:17 pm then quit working. It had all my data from yesterday and the time was messed up. I reset it, 2 times, but nothing changed.  I put it on the charger, with 65% charge. It showed my heart rate at 85. I let it charge until 92%. It seems to be working, but does it need a factory restart? Lately it does not seem to be recording steps and active minutes correctly.

Hi @sjwinne55 - strangely this can be a syncing problem, if you are checking the battery level in the Fitbit App, as that can be an old value.

When a watch runs out of battery the clock stops which will give you an incorrect time while charging, unless it has successfully synced.

One of the issues with the new V4 Fitbit App is it can stop automatic syncing.

To see the actual battery level on the watch, use a clock face that shows it, put it on charge briefly or on a Versa pull down on the watch face once.

All Data is retained, till the point the watch ran out of battery and can be recuperated once charged and synced.
