Fitbit charge doesn’t last

My Fitbit is having to be charged literally every single morning and sometimes twice in one day. It doesn’t even make it through the day, often times. Are they trying to make it where I have to purchase a new Fitbit/upgrade to the latest version??? This is just crazy how fast it dies!

Seems like a common problem after a recent update.

 

However there are things to do and check in case its an error.

 

First shutdown the watch and restart it.

Shut down the watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

wait a minute


Start the watch

[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.

 

Check its 100% charged. Pull down on the watch [as for notifications] and the battery level is shown [top left].

 

If you are using an SpO2 clock face, use a non SpO2 clock face.

 

If you are using a non standard Fitbit clock face - change to a standard one
