I have had my versa for about a 1 1/2 and it the past couple days has not acted right it will not pair to the bluetooth on my phone any suggestions?

Hi @Murme  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

How long have you had your Versa? 1 1/2 days, months or years?

Try restarting the Versa several times and try syncing again.

I have a iPhone 8 plus and I have had my versa for a 1 1/2 years. I have restarted my phone, the versa, had deleted the fitbit app and added it back, had disconnected my versa and added it back but the bluetooth will not pick up.
