I had a Charge and it worked with iPad and Android Samsung Galaxy 6. I upgraded to Versa and won't work with phone only with iPad ... I have original app on both.

If your Versa isn't syncing with your Android phone, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. Now if the issue isn't directly with syncing, please be more specific about what you are experiencing.

Mine is the same way!! Won't sync or track my sleep. I've done all the tips of syncing and troubleshooting. I just got this 2 days ago. I was so excited to get this but now idk... What else can I do??

My android phone is not syncing either and now it will not pick up the versa in available devices, it won't pick it up on my Samsung tablet either so I think the problem is with the versa not the phone or tablet. I am really disappointed with this versa and I agree with the fact that it does add steps which really makes it useless. It would be great if fitbit would listen because the people I am telling not to buy them are and eventually it will affect sales then maybe they will.

I posted earlier that my newly bought Versa could not sync in the office. But it synced when I put it in the plugged charger at home.
So, in my case, I cannot sync whenever I want, it has to be in the plugged charger. It is not like I normally would do. I was just trying to change the clock face.
I read the instruction and it seems it is the part of requirements?
Another issue I have had (for 4 days so far), my skin irritated by the purple-color band. The band has a textile feel, and that’s what I like but maybe it is caused by the chemical on the “textile/plastic”? Other than these two issues, I am disappointed by the quality of the appearance. Consider the price, I wish it would look and feel more” well-made”.

I have a Luna Pro (J 3) as well, it's not on the "Supported Devices" list. It still syncs but you won't have access to all the features (I'm still waiting for it to be supported so I can use the Quick Reply feature).

Hi all,
Strange one, but solved syncing issue on my wife's versa lite with her android phone. She turn her wifi off and it stopped syncing, after turning wifi back on it now syncs again.
Bizzar but seemed to make a difference
