Fitbit counted calories and miles wrong.

I walked about 5.6 miles today ( which did show up on my Fitbit versa) and showed that I burnt 1800+ calories till 4 o clock. Then I noticed that the calories I had burnt went down, and it showed that I only did 4.5 miles and 15 mins of being active. While before I had 80 mins of being active. As I kept looking, on the app, it said that during my hour walk, I had only burnt 25 calories.  What do I do to fix this?

Thank you for joining the conversation and sharing that your Fitbit Versa didn't track your walk accurately. I understand how you are feeling as you love your device and would like to continue using its features and working on your goals. If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally.

If you would like to manually log your exercise, you can follow these steps: How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?

I think something weid happened yesterday. I did a 44 minute walk and my fitbit only registered 344 steps and 4 calories burnt. When I synced again later in the evening I also lost 2,000 steps. Its weird and I've never had it happen before, I hope it's just a glitch their end because I love my versa but recently a few things have been going wrong.....

We went for a 6 mile trail walk today, when finished I checked my app and it only showed 3.8 miles. That is way off. I’ve noticed  on a bunch of my workouts that the miles are always wrong. How can I get This fixed?
