My Versa showed 72% on battery. Then went to a black screen then showed 0 battery and it won’t charge.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried restarting it, by holding down the button for 10+ seconds. if it restarts properly, you should see the Fitbit logo. I'd suggest trying this several time to see if you can bring it back to life. If that doesn't do the trick, then you step is to contact customer service HERE.
