I have the Versa and it is not syncing or showing any steps, HR, will not log sleep or anything else. I have reset a number of times and no change. I have turned of and back on and still nothing. I finally did a factory reset and changed the clock face to a Fitbit face and still not working. This is a replacement from the one that died last September 2019 and looks like the Versa only last one year. I need a replacement on this Versa.

I know where you're coming from. I've had mine (a replacement, about the fourth or fifth one, actually) since January this year. It started losing time about a week ago and is 20 minutes slow now and it just will not sync. It hasn't let me since about 3am this morning. It's so frustrating because it's out of the guarantee period now, so I'd have to fork out full price for a new one. 😕
