I upgraded to the latest version of FitBit on my Versa. All was doing okay until about two weeks ago. Now, my pulse feature consistently shows that I am in the "Cardio Zone" - even when I'm asleep. When I do get active, it shows that my heart rate is over 175! I can't get any kind of sleep reports - it says that my tracker couldn't get a consistent reading while I slept. However, I did earn 75 Active Zone minutes in my sleep! (😱).
I purchase premium because I have asthma and I was counting on the oxygen variations to help me monitor it. Instead I feel like this last update broke my watch. I've done the resetting, turning on and off the heart rate, changing the position on my wrist, trying a different band - doesn't matter - I still get gibberish.
Does anyone know how to roll back to the last version? At least it was working better!
